Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team with performance coaching and task delegation
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (SAP, Oracle)
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all operations
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with day shift and transport teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and safety inspections
- Generate daily performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA certification and forlift operation license required
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Basic Spanish language skills preferred for team communications
