Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 10-15 night shift staff to meet daily productivity targets
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity and handovers
- Implement safety standards and OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports and address operational bottlenecks
- Handle employee scheduling and conflict resolution during night shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA certification and thorough knowledge of safety protocols
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
