Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team, assigning tasks and maintaining productivity standards
- Coordinate inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational logs
- Train new team members on equipment and procedures
- Monitor warehouse metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience, preferably in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
