Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team with scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Implement process improvements using WMS technology and data analytics
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handoffs
- Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve operational issues
- Manage equipment maintenance and facility security overnight
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift background
- OSHA certification and strong safety management skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and forklift operation
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
