Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members with daily scheduling and performance coaching
- Optimize warehouse workflow for peak overnight efficiency and safety compliance
- Conduct quality control audits and inventory reconciliation using WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for loading/unloading operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational metrics
- Manage emergency protocols during off-peak hours
- Generate shift reports and communicate daily KPIs to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
