Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team, optimizing productivity through strategic scheduling and performance coaching
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, achieving 99.9% compliance in OSHA-mandated procedures
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems, maintaining <2 hour dock-to-stock metrics
- Conduct real-time inventory audits with RF scanners, ensuring 99.8% accuracy across 50k+ SKUs
- Resolve operational escalations within 30-minute SLA, collaborating with day-shift leadership
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive shift handover reports with actionable insights for day operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with proven night shift leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and hazardous materials handling credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and RF scanning technology
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional conflict resolution abilities in high-pressure environments
- Valid Massachusetts forklift certification with 5+ years of operation experience
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent field experience
