Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping for e-commerce clients
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Conduct quality control inspections and inventory audits with RF scanners
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document inventory movements using WMS software (SAP experience preferred)
- Lead safety briefings and equipment checks for night shift team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with error rates below 0.5%
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend rotation
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
