Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment operations
- Train and mentor night shift staff on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition of critical processes
- Conduct quality checks and resolve operational discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory counts and shift reports
- Enforce OSHA compliance and warehouse safety regulations
- Optimize workflow using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training credentials
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid California driver's license
