Responsibilities

- Manage inventory control systems with 99.9% accuracy across 50,000+ SKUs
- Coordinate cross-functional workflow between receiving, packing, and shipping departments
- Operate advanced material handling equipment including forklifts and automated sorting systems
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce processing time by 15%
- Conduct daily safety audits and equipment inspections per OSHA guidelines
- Maintain digital documentation using WMS and ERP platforms
- Lead shift handovers with precision and clear communication protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience leading teams of 10+ in high-volume environments
- Valid Washington state driver's license with clean record
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team communication
