Your Role
As a Night Shift Operations Associate, you will be the backbone of our 24/7 logistics network. You will ensure the seamless flow of goods, maintain a safe facility, and contribute to our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery to move, locate, and move products.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a zero-accident workplace environment.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics operations is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners or RF equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
