Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using powered industrial equipment.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors in order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Valid Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
