Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping operations using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to meet company standards
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records in our WMS system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Uphold strict safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Train and mentor new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience with night shift exposure
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM with weekend flexibility
