Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and verify against packing slips.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update shipment statuses and inventory data.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for inventory accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and a drug screen prior to employment.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
