Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to/from the shipping dock.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management software.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Package and label products for shipment according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
