Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Manage inventory accuracy through scanning and digital record-keeping systems.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, speed, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Forklift certification is a plus, but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
