Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and scan incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and inventory control.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
