Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Document daily operations in digital tracking systems with precision
- Train new associates on warehouse processes and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer literacy
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic Spanish language skills highly valued in our El Paso market
