Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload trucks with proper equipment operation
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with day shift team for smooth transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Preferable: 6 months warehouse experience
