Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the 200,000 sq ft facility
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols during all material handling activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment optimization
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with rotating weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy
