Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and documentation accuracy
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse zones to optimize workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM (schedule flexibility a plus)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
