Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Assist with inventory audits and quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
