Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort high-volume e-commerce orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure 99.9% order accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (receiving, shipping, inventory) for seamless workflow
- Maintain organized and compliant warehouse documentation and digital records
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Adhere to all safety regulations and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and in fast-paced team environments
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
