Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a 250,000 sq ft facility
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits monthly
- Maintain OSHA-compliant workspace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Train new associates on SOPs and safety protocols
- Resolve inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6+ months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Background check and drug screen required
