Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience in a fast-paced environment
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent teamwork skills with proactive communication style
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
