Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight hours
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital tracking systems
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities for operational efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Support inbound/outbound logistics processes with zero-error standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and WMS system familiarity
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Reliable transportation to North Memphis facility
