Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Monitor system performance and uptime during night operations to ensure business continuity.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and document all interactions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of patches and updates outside of peak business hours.
- Conduct nightly security audits and firewall configuration reviews.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) while managing high call volumes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk roles.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Office 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
