Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues for enterprise clients during night operations.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in our ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira) with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Perform system monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure 99.9% uptime during off-peak hours.
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for the day shift team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate critical issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Conduct remote desktop support sessions to guide users through technical procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Customer Service.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work the Night Shift (typically 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and basic routing protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
