Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 10-15 associates ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with day shift and management teams
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Manage incident reporting and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
