Responsibilities
- Directly supervise 10-15 night shift staff, ensuring task completion and quality standards
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance during overnight operations
- Coordinate inventory management, shipping/receiving, and workflow optimization
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to day management
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare detailed performance reports
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, safety metrics, and on-time delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure during off-hours
