Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the night shift crew to ensure production targets are met.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct nightly safety inspections.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely distribution.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of hourly staff members.
- Address operational issues in real-time and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily reports on production output and employee attendance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Valid Forklift Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and warehouse management systems.
