Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ night shift team members to optimize productivity and safety
- Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Manage shift scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operations handover
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years in supervisory/management role within logistics/manufacturing
- Proven experience with inventory control systems (WMS preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
