Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues for clients in real-time.
- Resolve incoming support tickets and inquiries with a high degree of accuracy and empathy.
- Document all technical resolutions and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct routine security audits and software updates during off-peak hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for technical needs.
- Adhere to all company protocols regarding data privacy and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. resident and authorized to work immediately (No Visa Sponsorship).
- Stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools and ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
