Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care plans during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation
- Respond to medical emergencies and stabilize patients using ACLS protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants in night shift operations

Qualifications
- Active DC RN license and BSN degree required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience with night shift preference
- AC/BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
