Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Operate and monitor automated inspection equipment and manual testing tools.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection data, defects, and daily production metrics.
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving production line issues or bottlenecks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations during night operations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or logistics preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
