Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the night shift to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Monitor production lines and equipment performance, troubleshooting issues immediately to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure workplace for all team members.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of operators, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely shift handovers.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including production output, maintenance needs, and accident logs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
