Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all production activities during the night shift to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and provide clear instructions to the production team.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage raw material usage to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or employee concerns immediately during the shift.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company and customer standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
