Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed production machinery and assembly lines during the night shift.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Document production data accurately and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations and inventory.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks.
