Responsibilities
- Operate automated and manual machinery to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Monitor equipment gauges and adjust settings as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Document production data accurately in logs and digital systems.
- Collaborate with the night shift lead to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
