Responsibilities
- Operate industrial machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure standards are met.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and efficiency targets.
- Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (5S standards).
- Document production data accurately on shift logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
