Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely run and monitor production equipment during the night shift operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Assist in checking, labeling, and stocking raw materials and finished goods.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to ensure production targets are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work 2nd Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) or 3rd Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
