Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Respond to patient inquiries and emergency situations promptly

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical experience in hospital setting
