Responsibilities

- Train and mentor new team members on night shift protocols and best practices

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare or operations experience in night shift roles
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Proficient in electronic health record systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid Texas driver's license (for facility transportation duties)
