Responsibilities
- Monitor automated production lines and machinery during night hours to ensure optimal output.
- Perform routine quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards.
- Document production data and report any technical anomalies or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team during handover periods to ensure continuity of operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, OSHA regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
