Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and assembly line equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure zero defects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for shipping and distribution.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Complete daily shift logs and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 1:30 AM).
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus.
