Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated machinery and production equipment during night shifts.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality control inspections to identify and rectify defects immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Document production data accurately in the shift logbook and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of production status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment is preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible night hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as required.
