Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server health, network performance, and system uptime during night operations.
- Perform proactive troubleshooting and resolution of complex IT issues to minimize downtime.
- Execute routine software updates, security patches, and system backups with zero errors.
- Document all technical procedures, incident reports, and change logs accurately.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to internal staff members.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Manage user access, permissions, and identity management systems (Active Directory).
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
