Responsibilities
- Manage Critical Incidents: Monitor and resolve high-priority technical tickets during night hours to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine server patches, database backups, and security audits while the office is quiet.
- User Support: Provide remote technical assistance to staff and global partners via secure communication channels.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of night-shift activities and detailed handover reports for the day shift team.
- Security Monitoring: Proactively detect and respond to potential security threats or anomalies.
- Hardware & Software: Assist with deployment and maintenance of IT assets as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IT support, help desk operations, or systems administration.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, Active Directory, and troubleshooting protocols.
- UK Eligibility: Must be a resident or citizen of the United Kingdom with the right to work without sponsorship.
