Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure and network performance during the night shift.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Perform system updates, security patches, and regular maintenance tasks.
- Respond to and resolve critical system incidents with minimal downtime.
- Document all technical procedures, incident reports, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to transfer knowledge and hand over tasks.
- Ensure data backup and recovery protocols are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Linux environments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
