Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming IT tickets and service requests 24/7.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and security updates during low-traffic hours.
- Resolve technical hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all support activities.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role (Night Shift experience is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic network troubleshooting.
