Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Monitor and resolve network, server, and infrastructure issues proactively
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain system uptime and SLAs
- Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Onboard new users and troubleshoot access issues across platforms
- Participate in after-hours system deployments and maintenance windows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python) for automation
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (9 PM - 6 PM)
